Welcome to STONE (the "App"), operated by STONE ("STONE," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the STONE mobile application, including any content, functionality, AI-generated plans, community features, and services offered on or through the App (collectively, the "Service").
Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use the App. By downloading, accessing, registering with, or using the App, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the App.
The STONE App provides information, exercises, AI-generated personalized plans, and community features related to the "STONE Method," a set of principles and techniques aimed at exploring testosterone optimization. The methods and information provided are based on materials and principles developed by STONE, including concepts such as hormonal balance, specific resistance training protocols, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle adjustments.
Not Medical Advice: The Service, including all content, exercises, dietary suggestions, supplement information, and AI-generated plans, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The "STONE Method" is an unconventional approach, and its efficacy for testosterone optimization is not scientifically established or validated by mainstream medical consensus.
Consult Your Physician: Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or before starting any new diet, exercise regimen, or supplement protocol, including those suggested by the App. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or received through the App.
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that any physical activity or dietary change carries inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with using the Service, including any exercises or methods described. STONE is not responsible or liable for any injuries, health problems, or damages you may sustain that result from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Results Not Guaranteed; Individual Variability: Any claims of potential testosterone increase or other benefits associated with the "STONE Method" are based on its principles and anecdotal reports. Results, if any, will vary significantly from person to person due to numerous factors including, but not limited to, genetics, age, adherence to the program, overall health, and individual physiological responses. STONE makes no guarantees or warranties regarding any specific outcomes or results from using the App or the "STONE Method."
AI-Generated Plans: Personalized plans generated by the App's AI features (using Google Gemini API) are based on the information you provide and the principles of the "STONE Method" as understood by STONE. These plans are for informational purposes only and should be reviewed with a qualified health or fitness professional.
You must be at least 17 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is older) to use the App.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide within the App (e.g., for generating personalized plans or for community interaction) is accurate and up-to-date to the best of your knowledge.
You are responsible for your conduct within the App, including any interactions within community features.
Permitted Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use according to these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
The name "STONE," and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of STONE or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of STONE.
Premium Features: The App may offer certain features or content through a paid subscription ("Premium Subscription"). If you choose to purchase a Premium Subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase.
Billing: Subscription fees may be billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, annually) as specified during the purchase process. Payments will be processed through the applicable app store provider (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
Renewals and Cancellations: Your Premium Subscription may automatically renew unless you cancel it through your app store account settings before the end of the current subscription period.
Refunds: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as specified by the app store provider's policies.
Changes to Fees: We reserve the right to change subscription fees. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any changes.
The App utilizes third-party services, such as Google Firebase for community features and Google Gemini API for AI-powered plan generation. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. STONE is not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their terms and policies before using them.
The App may also contain links to other websites or resources provided by third parties. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
YOUR USE OF THE APP, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE APP, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER STONE NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH STONE MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE APP OR ITS CONTENT.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER STONE NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH STONE REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE APP, ITS CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR APP OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE APP OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, STONE HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL STONE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE APP OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless STONE, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the App's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the App.
These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you use the App. We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing your use of the App and uninstalling it from your device.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
All matters relating to the App and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of [Insert Your State/Country, e.g., "the State of Minnesota, United States"] without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and STONE regarding the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the App.
